Do i really need to provide my old work permits when i flagpole to get my PR?

Hey,

I received my CoPR, so i plan to flagpole in few days, i have all my work permits but my wife misses two of them. i red that in some cases they ask for all of them otherwise they don't validate your PR at the border, and for others they didn't ask anything.

What's your feedback ?

Can i go to the police station and tell them to fill a declaration ?

I've never heard of this before, especially since your UCI number will track any prior permits with the click of a mouse.

Boy, if I need all my old permits when the time comes, I am totally screwed

Well, some officers apparently ask for them, like in Carway or Coutts but it's not every time. My colleague went to validate his PR and the officer told him to surrender all of his WPs because she said that some people resell them on the black market..

So i'm going with my family tomorrow to Carway, with a statement filled at the police station for the missing ones. hoping for the best
