Federal Skilled Worker Program or Federal Skilled Trades Program it depends which i qualified.

FSW is CLB 7, which is IELTS 6 in all abilities. You currently do not qualify for this, as omarimam correctly pointed out.

FST is CLB 5 for speaking and listening, CLB 4 for reading and writing. You also need to meet all other criteria on here:
