Do I qualify if my Job Title is Consultant

Thanks for the response in advance!

My current job title is Consultant and by profile I am an ERP Consultant. My job function required me to be a Project Manager cum Consultant on a few projects. In addition, I've always been at least a Team Leader since the last 4 years.

Do I qualify for Skilled Worker category under NOC 0213 - Computer and Information Systems Manager?

Should I mention my job title as Consultant or Information Systems Manager?
