Do I qualify for Graduate Certificate programme?

I have applied to three ontario colleges thus far. However I am still aiwaint a response as it was only yesterday I applied.

My profile:
120 Credit Level 6 Extended ATHE Diploma which is equivalent to Bachelors (UK Diploma). It is accredited by OFQUAL. I am still studying this diploma.
4 ICM, UK diplomas (vocational business diplomas)
6th Form College (A level equivalent)
Work Experience
2 years experience (1 yr. - HR clerk, 1yr. - Procurement Clerk)

Because i have vocational diplomas, I can't get any transcripts and the colleges require these. Do you think I will be eligible? I was thinking that if i am not eligible, I will just apply to a normal Bachelors

Operations Management Is my ATHE diploma Which has 8 modules. (Project management, risk management, logistics & supply chain etc.) Accreditation by OFQUAL.
