Thanks for your good advice for my previous questions.

Do i need write the SOP or Cover letter explaining where i worked after i got work permit before i started working in NOC catagory or just the application.

Pls guide me.

If you feel like you have to explain something, it's always a good idea to do so.
It does not need to be notarized.

Just plain word format is fine. A cover letter is good for:

1. List all documents you have enclosed;
2. Explain any issues that are not clear in the application forms, or that might cause confusion.

Disregard what the others have said. Your Checklist is the cover sheet. You only require a Cover explanation if there is something unusual in your application that requires explanation.
