I have my fight with finnair on 23 June to land in Canada. And return on 16th July... Im sure I might not receive Pr card by then...
My return flight have 2 stops: 1. Finland; 2. London...

No, if you are holding the passport of one of the visa-exempted countries/region.

I'm from India.. I think india is not visa exempted country, or is it?
