Do I need to write my name and address on back of Demand Draft ? I am applying from Pakistan and confused whether should i write my details on back of Demand Draft or not?

I donot think so! no need to write; unless there is a provision asking to write the same. From india, its not required.
you can wait for responses from your local area any ways!

You don't need to write your name, just ask your bank to make the DD, I think they should know how to do it, no name and no address on cheque.

NO, because they don't ask for that, and they are going to stamp your demand draft ( cheque) with the immigration official seal on the back side when they cash the money, so if you write any details on the back side it will make the information written on their stamp unclear to them.
