Do I need to write about my small visits in personal history of Form IMM5669?

I want to know do I have to write about my small visits in my personal history? Like if I'm visiting a city other then my hometown do I have to write about it?

i know but i asked about small visits of 1 or 2 days

I think they just want to know what you had been doing.

If you were went away for a couple of days I don't think this is really necessary information.

No. Put down your activity for whatever time period. So if you were studying from January 2009 to September 2012, then working from October 2012 to the present, put that. For example, while you were studying at University X, you may have made several weekend trips to other cities. However, you still had your permanent address during these trips - you did not move out of your home, move all your possessions to a hotel, then move everything back. So these small trips are not included.
