Do I need to upload Remedicals anywhere

Hello,

Expired CoPR here.
I received a remedial request and just got done with my medical exam.
Do I need to upload the receipt I get from the medical enter anywhere? The email says the doctors will directly notify IRCC but I still want to be sure if we have to raise a webform or reply to any email. Since there is no place to upload this document.
