May bagong ruling for April 2010 applicants nasa site if you want basahin mo din...sa intindi ko ha sa initial application dapat masatisfied mo na sila. If written ang tick mo dapat sa written ma prove mo na proficient ka otherwise ielys ang i-tick mo tapos mayron ka na reult na ready.
