Question regarding CRS scores and going back into the pool again.
I declined my ITA yesterday, which was with the profile points of 522. I'm back in the pool now. But thinking hard on work experience for one of my foreign experiences that I was feeling iffy about, I decided to remove that experience from the work experience section and decided not to claim points for it anymore.
Now my score has fallen to 510, which is still okay as I'm still above the current draw cut-off.
If/when I get an ITA in the next draw, do I need to submit a letter of explanation regarding why I chose to downgrade my points and remove that work experience? I don't think my former employer is going to be of great help, so I just want to be on the safer side even if it brings down my verifiable work experience from 3 years to just 1.9 years.
