Hi,
I sent my application under CEC in April and I included T4 for 2011 and 2012 as well as the N.o.A for 2011.
After sending the CEC application, I received the N.o.A for 2012. Should I send the copy to CPP-O by email or I just wait for the request later if necessary? thanks

My situation is that I started working in Canada since Nov, 2011. The N.o.A for 2011 just showed 2 months revenue and it cannot show the total revenue level. So I'm thinking to add the N.o.A for 2012 in my application file.

If you received your AOR, no harm in sending it by email.

If you have AOR email them a scanned copy.

For all these extra documents, will a scanned copy do or do we need to send in mail?

On the website of CPP-ottawa, it says
6. I need to send documents that are part of the application process. Where do I send them?
Scan and e-mail documents (other than police certificates) to: OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca

Do we have a separate site for each visa office?
It is good to send via email rather in the mail, which could take long time
