I would only proceed with the nomination if I had a genuine intention to live in the Province. There's another thread where someone talks about signing a 'Schedule 4' in the PNP paperwork which is basically making the promise you will live in the Province for 'X' years.
I guess they could check because when you file tax returns a percentage of the taxes from your paycheck is collected by the Province.
Not having a genuine intention to live in the Province could result in being denied the nomination and failure to get your $1,500 back.
