Do I need to mention recent unpaid work experience?

Hi Guys

Brief Summary of my timeline:

2012 - 2015: Deloitte, India (3 year 1 month)
2015 - 2017: MBA, US
Aug, 2017 to present: I am working for a startup in US to get work experience. The startup doesn't pay me anything.

My questions is I already have 3+ years of work experience prior to my MBA, do I need to mention about this unpaid work? If I don't mention anything would immigration officer ask for what I am doing currently?
