Do I need to have copies of my originals certified if all docs are in English?

hmm... It is a bit ambiguous..

It's difficult to tell whether that little stipulation about certified copies pertains to the information above it (ie. about translated documents), or...whether it is actually suggesting that all photocopies of original documents should be certified in that way. It's not very clear as to what that note on 'certified copies' is actually directly referring to...

It seems to be ambiguous only to you, but if you want to go ahead and pay the money to have them certified, no one is going to stop you. It's your money.
