I have filed my PR application in in January and am waiting for my AOR.
I am thinking about visiting my home country for approx 6 months.
If I end up staying longer than 6 months, Would I have to get PCC from my home country and send it to the visa office?
Or because it happened after I filed my application, they wouldn't ask me for one?!

It's possible they will request a new one, assuming you sent one already with the application.

I didn't need one because I lived in Canada for last 10 years and even when I visited my family back home I never stayed more than 6 months.
So I sent my application with no PCC documents and now I'm going to stay in my home country for about 6months and was wondering if I would be asked to send one.

No one knows for sure, but if you will be there for 6 months or more, it's safe to assume they may ask for it. You can get the PCC before you return.

I guess that's safer :)
