You don't need to Notarize the CA report neither property documents. These days in India, Networth Certificate prepared by CA will have UDIN no. This no is enough for any cross verification.

It's better to do CA evaluation of immovable assets(properties,land etc) which will increase your visa chances. However, if you don't CA, financial affidavit or Financial declaration by sponsor is must option.
