Do i need to fill Representative form?

Hi,
I’m Sponser and applying for family class spouse sponsership. I’m filling application by myself for my spouse, so Do I need to fill representative form? Or any other form as I am doing application for her?

You do not need to, but honestly, there are several different points where it will be much more convenient if you (the sponsor) are also the representative - it means you can call, have online access to 'her' application, etc. If you're also the person who knows the process (better) and is doing it anyway - do the representative form.

Got it, so it means if I fill the representative form, I can link the sponsership application to my GC key after submission? Or do I have to create one for her and link the application?

Correct, you can link - I don't think any problem to your own gckey but don't recall.
