Do i need to fill Form 5669E

I will be sponsoring my wife. This would mean that she would be the 'Principle Applicant' and I the 'Sponsor'.

Now my confusion is that does my wife and I both have to fill the form separately. This is because at the top of the form it says "Principle Applicant' or 'Spouse of Principle Applicant'. Now because I am the principle Applicant's Spouse, do i have to fill the form too ?

Just your wife. Follow the document checklist.

Immigrant forms are only for the immigrant...sponsor forms are only for the sponsor.

IMM5669 is an immigrant form, so only the immigrant fills it out.

There are no forms where both immigrant and sponsor have to fill out their own form...everything is separated...just follow the guide and you'll be fine.

But what about the form 1344E it says in the guide applicant and sponsor although it is a sponsorship form ?

1344E is for the sponsor, since it says "Application to Sponsor"

Form 1344 needs to be filled out by the sponsor, but signed by both the sponsor and the applicant.
