Do I need to do Educational Credential Assessments if I have the same degree from a Canadian university?

I have a master's degree from Canada, and another master's from another country? Do I need to do Educational Credential Assessments (such as WES) for the master from another country to get more scores? I heard that you could get more scores, is it true?

Does an officer check our previous documents for a study permit to issue the express entry result?
I had a job offer in my documents for the study permit application. The start date of employment on that job offer is different from the start date of work which I want to put in my express entry application. The job title and employer are the same. Would it be a problem?

It should not be but they can look at past applications for consistency.
