Do I need to decline an ITA if my partner's IELTS score increases on remark?

I have 440 points in CRS and I am expecting an ITA in next draw.

My wife has applied for a remark of her IELTS writing score (L 8, R 7.5, S 7, W 6.5) a month back and an increase of 0.5 will increase our score to 442.

If I get an ITA before remark result and her score increases, will I need to decline the ITA? I have tried searching this forum but can't find any definite answer.

I am confused as it is mentioned on the cic website that if your score expires after ITA you can retest and your new score must not be lower.

Has anyone faced such an issue? Is there a cic email address where I can ask this question?

If she has applied for remark and awaiting results, then you cannot use her IELTS till remarking results are out. This is the issue why everyone prefers to go for retest instead of remarks, as the latter takes more time. If you get an ITA before her remark results, you have to decline it and wait for the next ITA.

Can I wait for remark result and accept ITA if there is no change in score, as I am going to get her original TRF back?

Also, If her score increases and I decline the ITA would I be back in the pool immediately?

The IELTS results should be valid on the day you get the ITA. If you don't have the remark results by that time, you cannot accept the ITA. It doesn't matter whether there is a change in the result or not, after you get your ITA.
Once you decline the ITA, your profile will immediately go back in to the pool.
