I have submitted my application for PR under Spouse sponsorship and together with open work permit application.
The Immigration call centre people told me that I do not need to apply for extension of my stay as visitor due to the fact that the open work permit is already enough to extend my stay.
My visitors status is expiring in a week. AOR not received yet (PR and OWP application received by CIC 28 days ago), so I am worried to miss visitor extension if my application got returned.
What should I do?
