Do I need to apply for TRV once I have an inland approval for my work permit application?

Hello,
I applied for a PGWP last year and just got approved today (inland). In the approval email, they told me that they will send the work permit to my mail address. But they didn’t mention anything about passport request for visa.
should I apply for TRV?

Permits will be hard copies

you have to apply visitor visa online against the Work permit - This is the TRV
