I submitted my PR through Quebec Skilled worked, which was approved by Quebec. Last year I submitted the PR application with CIC, which is under processing.
Meanwhile I was blessed with a baby girl (less than a month ago). My daughter is a U.S citizen by birth. So, do i need to add her to my existing CIC application? Or can she travel with us once the PR is approved, as she is US citizen?

Please suggest.

PS: I am on H1B visa, currently working in US.

It's mandatory that you add your daughter to the application now (before you land in Canada and become a PR). If you fail to do this, you will never be able to sponsor your daughter for PR.

The fact she is a US citizen by birth is irrelevant. She must be added to your ongoing application. This is extremely important.

Thanks for the response. Do I need to reach out to Quebec immigration or CIC to add my daughter to the application?
