do i need study leave permit from my office?

i am finding it difficult to get approval from my office.i have applied for study leave from my office some month ago and management is delaying because of bureaucracy bottleneck.
i have evidence that i am gainfully employed to work there and also have my payslip to show my salary scale.i only want to add to these documents a permit that i have taken permission to go for study leave and that i will come back after i finish the programme.please comment.

Dude, you need to give a letter from your office to show that they are allowing you to take a sabbatical. Without the letter, it is hard to show that you will come back and work in the same company.

My suggestion will be, oil them, bribe them, do whatever is needed to get that letter
