Do I need Spouse's roles and responsibilities letters?

I have received ITA on 13th November, 2019. I am the primary application and my spouse is having 4 years of experience in NOC 2174. Do I need to submit her roles and responsibilities letter too along with mine?

Unless you can (and need to) claim points for her work experience, just move her employment to personal history. Once you do that, then you don't need any experience letters for her.

Thanks for the quick response, All of her experience is in India and I don't think I can claim her experience anyhow, is it so?

Correct, don't mention anything in her employment history (put the jobs in her personal history) when you fill out the application. You won't be asked for any documents for her then.
