Hi,

Our Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class was returned to us and one of the issues was:

Submit recent photographs of the principal applicant and each family member... In addition, on the back of one photograph (and only one) in each set, please write the name and date of birth of the person appearing in the photo.

Do we need to submit photographs of my husband's parents and brother who are NOT included in the application? We didn't put my husband's name and dob on his photos so is that the issue?

Please help!

Thanks,
Natalie

His parents and siblings don't count. I have non accompanying dependents (my non Canadian children) and I have to provide the photos and medicals for them even they are not coming with me.

michaelab is right - your husband's parents and his brother are not his "dependents" and, therefore, they're not eligible to be sponsored by you as part of this application. Only his dependent children under the age of 22 and not married are eligible to be sponsored by you, and HAVE to be included in the application and examined - whether accompanying or not.
