Do I need PCC for a country I spent less then 180 days?

Hi Friends,
Do i need to obtain a PCC for a country I spent around 110 days in my two trips in 2011 and 2014 combinedd.
The confusion arises as my agent has told me to obtain it as the Canadian govt may ask for it and reject my application if not provided.
I have started the process but it takes 8 to 12 weeks to get PCC from Qatar.
My 90 days period of the federal invite ends on 11th July 2018, so will have to submit my application without the Qatar PCC which officially the Canadian govt has never asked me.
So, will there be a chance of refusal because of this lack of PCC of Qatar??

You only need PCC for countries you spent 6 months or more conservatively.

They used to. For example, if you travel to a foreign country more than once, and you stay a total of 6 months they’ll request for a PCC from that country. The law has however changed to what I posted earlier.

Thanks for your reply, I have already applied for the PCC from Qatar 2 weeks ago. it takes 8 to 12 weeks for Qatar govt to process it.

I just hope if Canadian govt does ask for it, then they give me some time swell to obtain it.

They'll give you time, just let them know. It took 4 months for me to get my FIB PCC; they extended the deadline for me.
