Good day,
[Background]
I am a graduated dentist with my ECA report done with WES for migration purposes.
I would like to apply to Express entry as a Skilled worker, or something else that match my profile.
I worked for 2 year as a Full Time dentist in chile, and I have the letter from my former Employer which proves this.
I am currently working Full time at a dental practice in Edmonton as a dental office administrator. I've been working there for almost 3 months.
I just seat for my IELTS test today, and I expect to get scores over a CLB 7.
I am 29 years old.

The CIC web has some agreements information in regard NAFTA and one specific for chile nationals. I am sharing the links in this post.

I would like to know if the kind of job I am currently doing in canada qualify as a NOC B. Second, as I am a chilean dentist, do I need an LMIA if I present that job offer as a document in my application?
Those extra 50 points makes a huge difference on my application as I may not got CLB 9 on the 4 segments of IETLS.

Sincerely,

Rod

First of all NAFTA or the new name is just for US, Canada and Mexico. There is another free trade agreement between Canada, Chile and other countries. Have you looked at the various NOC listings based on what you do at your job. You are the one who knows what you do on a daily basis and what NOC is the best match.
