Congratulate me every one as I just received the nomination letter from Manitoba I will apply to CIC
I am a pharmacist my job in NOC A
Cic web site mentioned that jobs of NOC C and D only who require IELTS
I want to confirm that I do not need IELTS

Thanks. It comes under NOC A so it means it does not required IELTS but MPNP web site says everyone should undergo IELTS test so I am little confused.
