Because of pandemic, my employer is unable to give me 30 hours per week. I am working 27 hours/week. They were giving 22 hours and on request I got more hours, but still not 30 hours.
What should I do?

You need to be working at least 30 hours in a week to count that week as a full time week of work experience.
If you have a number of weeks where you have less than 30 yours, you can still count these weeks as part time. You'll need to add up all of the hours you worked part time and then divide by 30. This will tell you how many weeks of work experience you can claim for your part time hours.
