i wanna thank all of you for the great offers you do and how you help each other
i have question if you dont mind and i hope i can find answer because i feel lost ??? ??? ??? ???
i wanna immigrate throw the PNP so do i need Educational Credential Assessment ?? and they wanna it for every province or its for EE only and what papers i need to prepare exactly
i know it look stupid from me but really them site make me lose my mind ??? ;D thank you guys and i hope i can find the answer .

Yes you do need an ECA report for both PNP as well as EE. You can apply for it from WES Canada.

My stream is semi-skilled worker and my secondary school diploma does not bring me any points. Is ECA mandatory, or is it just good to have one for the extra 4 points?

if you are from India then Educational Credential Assessment through WES Canada( be careful don't go for WES U.S)
photo copy of 10th
photo copy of 12th/transcripts if diploma
transcripts of degree
transcripts of masters
then 18000/- for assessment(document by document)
