I am in Canada on a Post-Graduate Work Permit that expires in 2019.

I have enrolled in a continuing studies program that is once a week for 3 hours, separated into different courses that I can take at any time, but no more than one per month. Do I need to reapply for a study permit?

Continuing studies is online right? I think it is considered distance learning. You can take it.
Did you know foreign nationals on work permit cannot study in Canada but can take distance learning courses. If this works for them this will work for you too. It's the same as you, from outside Canada, taking a distance learning course here in Canada. Same reason why they dont give PGWP for these courses.

If you like my response give it a thumbs up :)
