Hey guys, I have this burning question and I hope someone can shed some light on it.
I'm applying through the Express Entry system for PR and as you know, police certificates are needed. I have a certificate for the country I spent 90% of my life in; but I was born in Europe and lived there for 4 years before moving. So, essentially, I was 4 years old when I left. I know that counts as more than 6 months, but do you really need one for a country you can barely remember?
