Do i need a passport for medical test

Well, my GCMS notes say my application is close to rejection due to miscalculation of exp. But you never know if they consider updated letter (which they dont do usually)...i may get medical request. I was also thinking of preparing another packet but i am missing PCC. So I am thinking of applying one which can take some time..1 month usually

If i get MR can i only take my driving licence.

The medical instructions sent by CIC indicate to take "Proper identification (proof of identity must include at least one government-issued document with photograph and signature, such as a passport or national identity card)". I suggest you call the DMP which you are planning to visit and check with them if they would accept your driver's license. I think this is the best way.
