Hi all seniors in this forum,
I did an IELTS Exam and I got a good score, I was thinking if I want to put an application to Quebec, do they assess my language and give me points based on my ielts score or I need to do a French exam since I'm not very good at French. I have very limited French language. please guide me since I want to apply to Quebec.

No IELTS needed, any other proof is fine. As far as French, there are mixed opinions on this forum. Your French language proficiency will be assessed at the interview. Its a Quebec's first language. You better speak it well :)))

Go to http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/permanent-workers/epi.html to do the self assessment for Quebec. If they say you should apply, then you can apply. If they say that you can not apply with your current levels of English and French, then you need to improve them.

If you want to live in Quebec, you might as well start studying French now. It will be hard to live there without it.
