No. You only need to upload your current, valid passport.

One more question.

My passport has two pages stamped One for my departure and arrival in India and one for my Arrival and Departure from UAE

The dates in the Indian page are: Departure: 22 April, Arrival 27 April (since the flight landed around 1:30 am on April 27)
The dates in the UAE page are: Arrival 22 April, Departure 26 April (since the flight took off at 10:00 pm on April 26)

Now in my travel history I have a confusing regarding the dates, The 'From' date is clear it would 22 April, but what about the 'To' date will it be April 26th or 27th?
