I’m from Peru and I obtained all my records in the past. I went back to Peru for a quick visit of 10 days. Do I have to request all the records again?

No, you only need a new certificate if you stay there for more than 6 months.

Just make sure that your police record from Peru was obtained AFTER the last day of your latest stay in Peru that was 6 months or more.
