Do I Have to Redo Medical if My Application Rejected for Other Reason ?

Hi All

Need Urgent help. One of my friend submitted his eAPR in Januar. He passed his medical exam in February but application got cancleled becasue of not submitting another docuemnt. Now my question is when he will apply again from his new express entry profile do he have to redo medical or he will submit the old report ?

Can anyone help ?
