A - the AOR is generic. In some economic class streams (FSW, PNP) it does matter whether you quit or change employers. But it has absolutely no bearing on a CEC application. Go ahead and inform them if you want to, it will not matter one whit.

B- The only reason CIC might ask for more paperwork is if something isn't right with your application. For CEC applications, the only work experience that matters is what you did before you applied. I realize that part of your experience is in January 2014, but since most of your experience is on the 2013 T4/NOA, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

C- whenever an employee quits or is terminated, the employer is REQUIRED BY LAW to (a) prepare an ROE on paper and GIVE YOU A COPY within 5 days, or (b) submit an ROE electronically to Service Canada, If your employer submits it electronically, you can download it from the Service Canada website. If your employer refuses to do this, you can ask Service Canada for help.

Thanks alot! It really helps!

Why do I need the pay stub of 2014? my work experience is from 2013 to 2014. I thought CEC only require one year work experience?

if so , how you prove the experience in 2014 ?

Applicant applied in January 2014, so less than a month needs to be accounted for. At the very least, the Letter of Employment should be dated after the applicant completes the 1 year of experience, so that would usually be enough for CIC.

Sorry for misleading you..I started my work on Jan 3, 2013. So from Jan 2013 to Dec. 2013 is the one year experience I claimed in CEC and I submitted my application couple weeks later to be sure. Thanks for replying.

I think you are talking about the T4 & NOA of 2013??? because the T4 & NOA of 2014 will not be ready until Feb. 2015

it would be Jan 3 2014 , even 3 days they are serious with it .

12 months must be satisfied.

I do not think it is gonna be a problem if you quit. After submitting the application, you can quit anytime.

If CIC asks for documents, then you send them. Send the T4 and NOA for 2013.

If you want to quit, quit. It has nothing to do with your CEC application.
