It was my understanding that under "work experience" I only need to declare the job(s) that I am claiming points for and those are the only ones that I need the proof of employment letter from. Every other job I can declare in "personal history"

Is this correct? I was speaking to an immigration lawyer and she is adamant that I need to declare ALL my previous jobs under "work experience" and that I need proof of employment letters from them all even if I am not claiming points for them. Basically, she wants whats under "work eperience" to match wha is under "personal history"

Plenty of people have submitted only the employment that they claimed points for in the employment section. All others listed under personal history only.

10 years of jobs and reference letters would be a pain to get unless you were long term at all of your jobs!

Guys,

I have a question for the personal history part. It is only 10 years back? So if I only worked in the last 10 years, no need to fill in the university or other stuff?

I'm asking because the system currently added automatically everything that I have added before including my university and now I have blank times between end of university and my last job. My university ended in 2003, so I was thinking to remove it.

Is that ok?
