Hello
I have been getting conflicting responses from friends regarding if I should file taxes.
I landed in June 2018 and stayed for about 1 week and then returned to my home country.
Questions
1. Am I required to file taxes even though I didn't work in canada or stay longer than a week?
2. If I am to file, do I include my income earned and taxes paid to my home country as a result of my job? My job isn't a Canadian company.
3. Will I be able to file online as a 1st timer?
4. Would I be able to file taxes in 2020 for the last 2 years and not be penalized ( i.e my 1st & 2nd year having PR)
5. I do plan to move this year but will be out of the country for more than 1 year. I understand that it shouldn't be an issue returning as I have to be in the country for 730 days out of 5 years , however, I was told that the Officer at the border has the right to not Grant me access if they don't believe I will meet the requirement of the PR card. Is there any truth to this?

Any responses to any of these questions would be greatly appreciated .
