So, we called the immigration and asked about our doubts.
The guy said I should have no problems applying with the E-ta and that they would consider the day I sent the application. So, we are hopping everything goes well.
We sent the Application for PR and OWP on May 28th, it was delivered on May 31st. But we haven't heard anything yet.

You won't hear anything for 6-8 weeks.
Consider applying for the visitor extension just in case. There have been many recent cases of apps returned for just one missing signature, putting the applicant out of status and ineligible for the OWP.
