Do i have to apply now??

I need a quick professional reply please
i'm intending to apply as a skilled worker but the problem that i didn't get 2 high's(which are needed to obtain 67 points) in the last IELTS exam and i missed 2 halves only.. ( i got L 7 R 6 W 6 S 5.5 )
some friends advised me to apply now and then i'll have 120 days to retake the IELTS exam again but i'm afarid to not be able to get these 2 halves..
N.B : all my papers are ready to be sent EXCEPT the IELTS

what will happen if the 120 days passed and i couldn't get the 2 high's?? or it's better to not send the application to Sydney till i get the result in my hands??

If the 120 days pass after the overseas office requests a full application and you don't have 67 points you would be refused.

Thanks for your answer but what if i sent all the documents with cover letter promising to provide the IELTS score before the Interview?
 
And u are applyinfg towards sydney nova scotia ,make ur skill on ur form rather than provide proof at this stage ,so apply without it ,it is also fine ,correct me if i m wrong

If you are applying under FSW 1 and get the 120 day letter, EVERYTHING must be included in the package, there will be no extensions according to CHC and the decision will be made on the documents received.
