Do I have time to move back to Canada urgent help needed.

Hello friends I did my landing on 15 September 2015 and stayed in Canada for 10 days. Thereafter I came back to my home country for 3 years which will complete on 15 September 2018. I want to go back to Canada can I do so. Wil 10 days I stayed in Canada be included in 730 days I need to stay in Canada.

Others will comment as well I am sure but with your 10 days credit you should try to be back by 24/25 September and then stay for 2 years straight without leaving. There could be a chance you will get a secondary CBSA inspection based on your time away so be prepared to explain yourself if required. You could return after this date but then the longer you leave it your odds of being reported leading to PR being revoked increase so currently you are just border line given you can still meet the RO.

Assume you have a valid PR card with a validity through about OCT/NOV 2020 so that will probably help in entering the country. You will need the PR card to board a plane back to Canada else you will need a PRTD which will take time to get, probably beyond end of September.

1. If you are PR they cannot refuse you entry just because you are in violation of RO (which you still are not). So the only thing that might happen is that they will send you to the secondary review. Once they will check that you can still meet RO, they will simply let you in (they cannot report you yet). Can I show the return date stamp on passport
which immigration put when I came back to my home country as a proof of my 10 days stay in Canada.

If that is all you have, then that is all you can provide as proof. I can't say how much it will satisfy CBSA officials. In any case, I think you will be ok.

Sir I was looking for some other proof and found out the counterpart of boarding pass of the airline which I took back home with my name and travel date .Can I show this as a secondary proof. Thanks in advance.
