Hi all, we're doing the final checks on our forms for sponsorship and OWP.

Feeling a very overwhelmed atm, trying to make sure we're not missing any forms! For the open work permit, we filled out form IMM5710e - Application to change condition, extend my stay or remain in Canada as a worker. I don't remember how I found this form but want to check it's the correct one.

Are there other forms, such as document checklist that I need?

Also, because my spouse is applying for sponsorship, we DON'T do an online application for OWP, correct?

There is a checklist yes - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ons-extend-your-stay-canada-worker-paper.html

You apply on paper and you need the statutory declaration of common law

and make sure you pay both fees - should be $250 total

Thank you! I can't view on the phone but I'll check when I get home.

We're not common law, so I don't think that form will be applicable to us?

Nope sorry, I assumed. If you're applying as married then you'll submit a photocopy of your marriage certificate. But it's all in the checklist :)
