Do helpline agents have access to GCMS notes?

They don’t have the detailed status as explained by GCMS. Agents will just tell you about the current status regarding eligibility, criminality or security or any ADRs required.

They probably have direct access to a limited view, rather than the full unredacted version. Of course, they may not use GCMS at all but have a different, parallel system. FOSS/CAIPS? (these are being phased out).
