Hi I am starting this topic as i need to find out urgently the following:

I got my first response from the CIO Nova Scotia now im required to mail with in the requisite 120 days.

* Do i mail copies of all my old forms as is (i.e. without updating them) to the London Visa office

OR

* DO i update the old forms before sending them in to the London Visa Office.

Ppl require responses asap as i already have lost 30 of the 120 days due to some appalling mailing issues.

HI

If you dont have anything to change in the forms then you can send the same but make sure you signed and put the current date, if there are any changes in your circumstances you can update your forms and mention it in your cover letter that you have updated the forms.

Cheers

No need to update if there is no change.

Dear
even if there is no change you still have to take fresh printouts and submit the forms with new dates. dont submit photocopy of the initial application forms.
