Hi,

I have received the PPR for me and my dependents that is: my husband and our son.
Apparently, it doesn't look like my husband will be able to either submit his PP or land with me due to certain issues with the
current organisation he is working with. So my questions are:

a. Can we decide not to submit my husband's passport and still smoothly process mine and our son's passports?
b. Would I have to give an explanation for not submitting my husband's pp?
c. Will I be allowed to enter Canada without my husband? and will I be questioned about his absence?

Just to clarify again, I am the primary applicant.

Thanks in advance..

Since you and your dependents have a same file/case, all passports should go together, unless if you discuss with your VO in advance and explain. However, it is not necessary for the dependents to land in canada together. The Principal applicant MUST land first OR along with their dependents. In your case, your dependents can land later on.

Congratulations and Best of luck :)

Firstly, you need to submit passport for all members for visa stamping. Secondly, as you are principal applicant, you can enter Canada with your son and your husband can join you later (but before the due date on COPR).

Enjoy!
