I m applying for PR under PNP stream and my wife is a already a Permanent Resident. Does she have to fill her own copy of IMM 5405 (addititonal Family information) as well?
in the instruction guide it says the following but it doesn't specify what to do if dependant is a permanent resident:
Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)
Who needs to fill out this application form?
This form must be completed by:
You, as the principal applicant,
Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).
